Comparing on price works apples to apples. We’re a tomato.
Technically a fruit, and nothing like the rest of the bowl. Your price includes direct support from our team and a guarantee backed by our own money, so it won’t line up neatly against a self-serve tier. Tell us about your project and we’ll show you exactly what you’d pay, and what you’d get for it.

Straight answers about pricing
How much will Agility cost us?
It depends on what you need, and we'll only talk numbers once we know we're the right fit. First we get to know your project. Then we work out whether you fit our Starter, Pro or Enterprise edition. You can add features to any edition à la carte or move up to the next one, so we'll often show you a couple of options and you can pick the one that costs less for what you need.
What's the difference between Starter, Pro and Enterprise?
Starter is for companies with a single website or a small content team. Pro is for larger content teams, multiple websites and a bigger content hub vision. Enterprise is for large sites and teams, with an SLA to match. You can add features to any edition à la carte, so you're never forced up a tier for one thing.
What affects the cost?
Mainly the number of users, content entries, bandwidth and storage you need. Extras like single sign-on, an uptime SLA or changes to our standard legal terms can add to it too. Your proposal spells out exactly what you're paying for.
What do you never charge extra for?
Languages and content models. You shouldn't cut corners in your architecture just because of cost. We want you set up with the best possible architecture on day one, so you're as successful as possible and we grow together.
Are there hidden fees or surprise overages?
No. You can see your usage in Agility any time, and if you're heading past your plan's limits, we'll flag it before it becomes a problem, not send a surprise invoice after the fact. If you consistently need more, we'll talk about whether you're on the right plan. It's a conversation, not a penalty.
Will my price jump at renewal?
No teaser rates and no bait and switch. Every two to three years we adjust our prices for inflation, and any special discounts are open for discussion at each renewal. Want certainty? Lock in for up to three years and your price is guaranteed not to change.
What if it turns out to be the wrong fit?
You get your money back. We check the fit with you before you sign, and if you choose Agility and the fit turns out wrong anyway, our Perfect Fit Guarantee means you're not stuck with that decision. We're confident enough to put our own money behind it.
Can we try it before we buy?
Better than a trial: a free 30-day proof of concept built around your real project. Use it to see Agility working with your own content, and we'll help you understand how it works and how it meets your requirements. There's a reason G2 users named us Best Meets Requirements for enterprise.
How long is the contract, and can we leave?
You commit for the term of your license agreement, which is one year at minimum. You can leave at any time, but you're still responsible for payments for the rest of that term. We're confident you'll love the platform, and if anything feels off, talk to us and we'll fix it. Your content is always yours, and you can export it through the interface or our APIs.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes, and we actually prefer it. Start small, get comfortable and grow your license only when you're ready. If you raise a limit or upgrade mid-year, we prorate the extra cost, so your license always renews on the same date each year.
What counts toward our plan limits?
Mainly entries and sitemaps. Entries are everything stored in your instance: pages, content items, components and assets. A sitemap is one website or property, and you can run several from the same instance, sharing the same content, assets and team. We'll help you work out what you'll actually use before you pick a plan.
Do we need an agency to implement Agility?
You'll need some development work, because Agility is headless: a developer builds your website's front end and pulls your content from our APIs. Your own team can do that with our starters and SDKs, or one of our implementation partners can do it for you. Either way, we'll guide you through the build and stay with you after go-live.
How do we pay?
We invoice your license annually, on Net 30 terms, and you can pay by ACH or wire. Need to invoice against a purchase order, or pay another way? We'll work with your finance team to make it easy.
Is there any way to get a discount?
Yes. Pay for multiple years up front and we'll work out a discount with you. And not-for-profit organizations get 10% off.
Can you get through our security and procurement review?
Yes. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant, and our Trust Center (powered by Vanta) has our SOC 2 report and security documentation. Just ask for access, and send us your questionnaire. Need more? We also offer custom security audit packages, from yearly reviews to in-depth deep dives into the checks and processes your organization requires.
You're small and bootstrapped. How do we know you'll still be here in five years?
Being bootstrapped is actually the more stable position: no investors pushing for a fast exit, no burn rate that forces a price hike at renewal. Over 25% of our customers have stuck with us more than ten years. That's not an accident, and it's not something a struggling company can fake.
How does Agility pricing work for enterprise teams?
We'll have the pricing conversation early, not after three weeks of discovery. No renewal surprises and no bait and switch. Onboarding and support are part of how you get somewhere with us, which is why our packages don't compare line-for-line against a self-serve tier. Contact us and we'll walk you through it.
