Finally, someone who listens
Choosing any vendor is a big decision. If they aren't listening to you, they aren't aligned with you, and they aren't your partner. We take customer feedback seriously. We always want to hear what you have to say, and we do everything we can to help, sometimes inside our product and sometimes with a recommendation from outside it.
We're not therapists. But some of our customers think we are.
The good, the bad, and the ugly: we want to hear it all. A feature request, a frustration, a problem with another vendor, or just a need to vent. We're all people, and we all need to be heard. Then we get back to work, together.
Feedback Loop
Our whole business is shaped by what customers tell us
We're bootstrapped, so we answer to customers, not investors. We're big enough to serve some of the world's largest brands and small enough that you still matter. That's why we listen, and it shows up across every part of Agility.
Product roadmap
Customer requests and real-world use cases shape what we build next. Your idea doesn't become one more vote on a public board. It lands with the people who build Agility.
Customer success
How we onboard, support, and check in with customers has been built from what you've told us works and what doesn't. When you tell us something isn't working, we change how we work.
Thought leadership
The questions and challenges our customers bring us shape the guides, content, and advice we share with the wider industry.
See How We WorkThe good, the bad, and the ugly
A few answers about how we listen, and what happens next.
Can I just vent?
Absolutely. We're not therapists, but we're good listeners. Sometimes getting it off your chest is the first step to fixing it, and we'd rather hear it from you than guess.
What if my feedback isn't about the product?
Tell us anyway. Feedback about onboarding, support, billing, or even another vendor in your stack all helps us understand where you're coming from. If we can help, we will. If someone else can help better, we'll point you to them.
Will you actually build what I ask for?
Not always, and we'll tell you straight. Every request gets weighed against what other customers need and where the platform is headed. But you'll always get a real answer about why, and sometimes the fix is a workaround or recommendation we can give you today.
Who reads my feedback at Agility?
Everyone it affects. Product feedback reaches the people who build the platform, and the rest reaches customer success, marketing, and leadership. In a team our size, nothing gets lost between departments.
What if the feedback is about a bug?
Send it to our support team. We'll investigate and help you get it resolved.
A CMS should come with people who listen
Your CMS is an important part of your website. You should know that the people behind it will listen when something isn't working the way you need.
